HomeWash is collecting only mobile number info from our user including credit card information. We need this because to run our customer’s every month’s cycle. HomeWash is assuring that it will not use any of above info for personal or any other use.

We respect and are committed to protecting our privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

SECURITY POLICY

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our APIs and Database data is always encrypted standard formats to make the transactions even more secure. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

REFUND POLICY

We are not currently offering any refund. We are allowing our customers to freeze or cancel their membership plan as per their need but once any membership plan has been purchased successfully, that will not be refunded. For this, our costumer will be able to use the membership for selected month as many time as they want.

NOTE:- Currently, HomeWash do not need to specify any Shipping Policy/Delivery because we are not selling any physical goods. So, It does not require to send any package using transportation service.
